We have been serving the Rogersville and adjacent areas since 1992. The company was founded by Charles and Lila Sharits. Having co-owned a previous Real Estate company we decided to create a family business.  Our business is family owned and operated.

Office and Staff

Our office is fully equipped with an integrated network of computer and communication systems. We have instant access to all the Multiple Listing Services (MLS) in upper East Tennessee, the Public Record Searches, and other tools and services that arm our agents with everything they need to better serve you.

We also have full time staff available to accommodate all your needs. They help coordinate meetings, set schedules, answer your calls when your agent is not available, and they are your personal couriers to ensure the timely processing and delivery of all your documents.
